Material options

Tempered Cast Aluminium
A lightweight and dimensionally stable solution with good corrosion resistance. Aluminium T-slot plates are particularly suitable for general CNC machining, fixture construction and applications where the plate is regularly installed, removed or repositioned.

C45 Tooling Steel
Recommended for heavy-duty machining and applications requiring increased rigidity, high clamping forces and excellent long-term durability. Steel plates are ideal for demanding production environments, repeated fixture setups and heavy workpieces.

Precision machining and flatness

Each plate is precision machined and inspected before dispatch. Depending on the plate material, dimensions and specification, typical machining accuracy targets include:

  • Aluminium: up to ±0.01 mm per 200 mm
  • Steel: up to ±0.05 mm per 200 mm
