Vacuum table A4 MP

The A4 MP Series vacuum table is manufactured from high-performance microporous aluminium, featuring a precision-ground Metapor surface that is perfectly flat and homogeneous. This ensures uniform vacuum distribution across the entire surface, making it ideal for holding extremely thin, delicate, or flexible materials where maximum precision and surface support are critical.

Pore size: 12 – 15 microns (µm)

Metapor layer thickness: Standard 10 mm

Custom airflow optimisation:
For applications requiring increased airflow (e.g. more porous materials), the Metapor layer can be machined down to a minimum of 5 mm. This reduces flow resistance and increases air throughput while maintaining a uniform vacuum surface.

Note: Reduced thickness configurations are available on request and must be specified as part of a custom vacuum table build.
