Vacuum Pumps for CNC Vacuum Tables

Choosing the correct vacuum pump for your CNC vacuum table is essential to ensure reliable workholding performance. The pump required will depend on the size of the table, the number of vacuum zones, the material being machined and the level of leakage within the system.

For smaller vacuum tables or vacuum fixtures, compact dry running rotary vane vacuum pumps can provide excellent airflow and vacuum levels for effective clamping. Larger CNC routers or vacuum tables with multiple zones may require higher capacity pumps to maintain strong and consistent vacuum across the entire working surface.

Alongside our range of new industrial vacuum pumps, we also regularly supply refurbished vacuum pumps. These units are carefully inspected, rebuilt where required and tested to ensure reliable operation. Refurbished pumps can provide a very cost-effective alternative to purchasing a new pump while still delivering excellent performance.

In addition, we offer a vacuum pump servicing, repair and professional refurbishment service. Our technicians can service and rebuild pumps from many leading manufacturers including Becker, Busch and other rotary vane vacuum pumps commonly used in CNC machining and industrial vacuum systems.

During refurbishment we typically replace worn components such as vanes, filters, seals and bearings, clean internal components and fully test the pump before returning it to the customer. In many cases this restores the pump to near new operating condition.

Vacuum Pump - Servicing and Repairs

In addition to supplying new industrial vacuum pumps, we also regularly offer refurbished vacuum pumps and a complete vacuum pump servicing and refurbishment service. This allows customers to restore existing equipment to reliable operating condition while significantly reducing the cost compared to purchasing a new unit.

Refurbished pumps are carefully inspected and rebuilt where necessary. Worn components such as vanes, filters, seals and bearings can be replaced and the pump fully tested to ensure dependable performance before being returned to service.

Availability of refurbished units changes frequently as pumps come in and out for service and rebuilding. In many cases we are able to supply refurbished pumps in the commonly used 16, 25 and 40 size ranges used with CNC vacuum tables and vacuum clamping systems.

We also provide vacuum pump servicing, maintenance and repair for many rotary vane vacuum pumps including Becker, Busch and other industrial vacuum pumps used in CNC machining environments.
