CANCELLATION

Please inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods if you want to cancel your order. You then have 14 days to return the goods once you have told us.

We will then refund you within 14 Days.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refund Policy

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the goods are faulty or damaged.

Custom Orders

Custom orders, including personalized and made-to-order items, are non-refundable. Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and refunds will not be issued. This policy is in place because custom products are specially crafted to meet your unique specifications, making them ineligible for resale.

Drawing Approval

For custom orders, a detailed drawing will be provided to you for approval before any manufacturing process begins. It is crucial to carefully review the provided drawing and ensure that it accurately reflects your desired specifications. Once you provide approval, we will proceed with the production of your custom item.

Lead Times

Approximate lead times for manufacturing will be communicated to you at the time of order placement. Please note that lead times are estimates and are subject to change based on factors such as production volume, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any changes to the estimated lead times.

Returns Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cnc-clamping.com and we will be in touch to tell you what to do next.

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once assessed and if a credit / exchange authorized a refund or exchange will be given within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged goods

If a product is received “damaged”

Please photograph damaged items and packaging, save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Notify CNC Solutions by email to sales@cnc-clamping.com on receipt of the goods. Please email all photographs of packaging and damage to sales@cnc-clamping.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 100 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
